NE-YO set to Perform at the Fenway Park for charity

Ne-Yo, the Grammy winning multi platinum singer would bring the popular hits to the Fenway Park on 27th July for a benefit to start a US$ 1 million campaign started by HealthBridge and CareOne Management to back employees as well as their families in battling cancer. The effort was built up after Dan Grimes, a HealthBridge executive, of Carver, MA, was diagnosed with lung cancer.

Ne-Yo, with 3 platinum records as well as numerous honors to his kitty, is known for his community works. As soon as he asked to be part of this effort, he readily agreed to perform to raise awareness about all the struggles of cancer patients as well as their families.

Ne-Yo, who rocked the world of music with hits like Because of You, Closer and So Sick among others, told that what makes us a community is when people come together, when they see someone is suffering, and people take on their struggle together. Fame and fortune are wonderful gifts, but life is the most important gift of all, and he is happy to be part of an event which celebrates Dan's life and supports him and his family during this difficult time.

Dan Grimes, a dedicated husband and father of 4 kids, saw an unexpected turn in his life in spite of not having smoked in his life. Now, at the age of forty two, he is battling with the biggest war of his life. Thanks to all his friends and family members are by his side in this tough time.
